Easy peasy lemon squeezy So made the changes and revisions that me and He-Shane came up with last week. Altered my grip and changed the bar from the one with a 400kg rating to 600kg rating. And what a difference those little things make! 220kg done on my own piece of piss with god only knows how much more I have in me! I deffo think I'll get 230kg at least on the big day. With 220 as my opener i feel confident on getting the British right from the word go, and from there I will have a great platform from which to make a good attempt at the world's.
