Bungalow's Big Break CD-ROM Game - FULL Soundtrack
Bungalow's Big Break is a 2002 edutainment game published by ISS featuring Bungalow, a misunderstood monster battling a midlife crisis on Big City Island. The game offers the player various minigames in which they help Bungalow learn and have fun on his vacation. The game's official CD-ROM cover slip infamously says 'BUNAGLOW'S BIG BREAK' on the title, a notable typo not present in-game. The cover also advertises 'Over 200 Games!', which appears to be false as there are only five minigames to play on the disk. The game's soundtrack consists of seven tracks originally released in the mid-80s under the KPM music library. All seven tracks are composed by Richard Myhill. Myhill is credited for the soundtrack on the back of the CD case and in the ingame credits. Unfortunately, Bungalow's Big Break did not perform well in the sea of CD-ROM game releases in the early 2000s, leading to a restructuring of ISS' games division the following year. The game is generally remembered fondly by those lucky enough to have bought it when it was new. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOWwQ74yUNM
I have decided to replace all Supertramp songs wherever they appear in Star Trek with more tasteful selections. In my opinion, the choice to include a hit Supertramp single in nearly every episode was a terrible idea. I mean, who greenlit that idea? The shows had such solid writing and direction and then they just... smother all that with cheesy British soft rock? Granted, it made sense for every episode of the Original Series to feature an original Beatles single - the entire Vulcan race shares the iconic 'Beatles Bowlcut', but what's the relation with Supertramp? I just don't get it.
