Doctor Eggman Nega is probably sega's most evil yet Pettiest villain. Despite his introduction in Sonic Rush and working alongside Sonic’s version of Doctor Eggman for 2 games, Doctor Eggman Nega actually comes from the future as Eggmans’ descendant and not from a parallel dimension where Blaze the Cat and the Sol Emeralds reside. Similar to DC’s Reverse Flash AKA Eobard Thawne, EggNega travels back in time to mess with the present Eggman or tries to flat out erase him from the timeline in order to correct his mistakes and ensure that EggNega gets the recognition he feels he is entitled to. I say he is the most evil as he has no qualms about destroying the world and lacks any empathy. Yet he is the pettiest as all this pent up rage stems from his ancestors failures as a scientist.
