Are you a Coke drinker? Have you ever wondered what you were drinking? What other use cases it might have besides a tasty beverage?
Well I have the best use case for Coco-Cola, in fact I'm surprised they don't rebrand and sell their product for this use case alone!
Coco-Cola is a great TOILET CLEANER! Yes you can now out your acidic/toxic beverage to good use! Pour some in your toilet and let it sit for an hour then come back and with a little bit of scrubbing....WALA... nice clean toilet! Who dosen't want a nice clean toilet??! Am I right?
So the confusing part is why Coke is put in the food/beverage section of stores? I mean you wouldn't consume toilet cleaner would you? Did they make a mistake?
I for one thing they would do a lot better for society if they rebranded and put their coke product in the toilet cleaner aisle where it belongs!

If you are any normal, sane person who has grown up in the technology age, then I have little doubt that you have experienced neck, shoulder and upper back pain at some point in time. It's inevitable!
But it can be combated.
Many of us develop what's called "Nerd Neck" It's when our neck unnaturally protrudes out in front of our chest instead of being in alignment with the rest of our bodies. This is caused because we spend lots of time in this position looking down at our phones or laptops. Not only does our body adapt to this position, but the inner muscles of our neck shut off.
Yes, the Neck Flexors as they are know sit inside the front of the neck and their job is to keep the head upright and aligned with the rest of the body. These will weaken and atrophy over time if we don't stimulate them and stay in that hunched position.
Your head weighs quite a bit and it will pull the rest of your body and musculature with it wherever it goes. So Imagine all the weight of your head pulling on your upper back and rounding it. Pulling and lengthening the upper traps (which connect to your neck)
Your traps are on stretch all day with no relief and not the good kind of stretch. The body is a kinetic chain so now other muscles make adjustments to compensate for this unnatural lengthening. This can feed it's way down to your shoulders and even your arms.
So what do we do to combat this? Well we do stretches like this

To prevent the spine from rounding over time
Or this

To keep the lats from getting tight and decompressing the spine
Or this

To Keep the muscles of the upper back strong to help keep you upright
and of course the neck exercise I showed you in this video will go a long way in keeping your neck upright!

Would you like to save money? Save time? and Eat healthier at the same time! It's rare when all three of these components come together! But at Next Level Health I find them and share them with you!
The main focus of this meal is the protein source, chicken!
Now most of the time when you are at the grocery store you buy chicken parts separately. Maybe the breast , thighs, etc. Well did you know this is more expensive? Someone has to laboriously separate each part of the chicken for you.
Not to mention that different parts of the chicken contain different nutrition, vitamins and minerals. So if you exclusively only eat one part of a chicken then you are missing out and could become nutritionally deficient! So eating all parts of a chicken is always going to be the healthier option!
Do you own a crockpot? If you don't its definitely a worthwhile investment!
If you do? Well then first thing is to buy an entire chicken from your local grocery store or better yet your butcher. Let it defrost if it isn't already.
Next cut up 1-2 onions and put them at the bottom of the crockpot
Rub your favorite seasonings all over the chicken
Put the entire chicken into the crockpot without separating anything
Cook on either low, medium, or high depending on how much time you want to wait before you will have it as a meal. Usually 6-8 hours is how long it will take
Go relax and enjoy yourself, come back in 6-8 hours and boom protein done!
Add your favorite, carb, veggies, seasonings, sauces and you have meals for the next 4-5 days possibly longer
