There are 52 weeks in a year, that are divided up into four quarters.
Each of four quarters consists of 13weeks and each week consisting of 5 working days (depending on your schedule).
This every week you have a chance to take stock, and check in, that your practice is on track, and on target to meet its quarterly goal and annual destination.
Checking in weekly on all key data provides you with the opportunity to course correct if needed. If you don't hit the weekly goals, you're never going to hit your quarterly goals and it is better to find this out sooner that later.

Is your biggest FEAR, failing in public?
Let's think about this.... go back to the last time you saw someone fail publicly.
A pantomime awry, a wrong note at a kids concert or a kid falling off their skateboard...
Think about how you felt about that person.
Were you super-critical?
Did you think, "Loser"? Or did you think "Good effort, eell done for trying?"
Isn't it interesting that when others fail, we call them brave; but when we fail, we crush ourselves.
Something about this needs to change and we need to gift ourselves the same kindness for our courage.
And this needs to happen with your practice too
You might get off track, you might make mistakes, but you can always get back on the right path.
