JP currently serves in the US Army and has been disclosing covert missions he has participated in with the approval of more senior officers in secret space programs. Contrary to his recent SSP missions, he was taken this time by Nordic-looking extraterrestrials in one of their spacecraft that was part of a convoy to two of Jupiter's moons: Ganymede and Europa. The spacecraft's crew involved three Nordics that he met back in 2008 during his first contact experience Brazil. In the Ganymede visit, he was asked to observe a resupply mission where a base belonging to another extraterrestrial group was given supplies by the Nordic convoy. JP said that the base he visited was not one he had seen when taken to Ganymede by another convoy that was organized by US Space Command in November 2021. Inside the huge cavern he witnessed a large crystalline city. A vast ocean was also witnessed adjacent to the city. JP made sketches of the underground city and the Nordic space convoy which are shown in this video. JP says that the Nordics allowed him to take his mobile phone with him, which is currently not the case with his SSP missions organized by US Space Command. where all personal electronic devices are left behind. JP took photos of the city inside Europa, and of the departing Nordic space craft when he returned to the pickup location. On June 23, 2023, JP, who currently serves with the US Army, was taken to an undisclosed location with five military personnel from different nations who were all multilingual. They met at the location with Nordic-looking extraterrestrials who worked with scientists to develop time travel technology. In the main room where the multinational team went, there were four time travel devices shaped like hemisphere tunnels with event horizons that would transport one to 2090, 2050, 1940, or 1550. JP said that the multinational team was interviewed about whether they would volunteer to travel to any of the time periods to conduct research on space arks. They were told that they would spend up to 10 years at the location and then be returned shortly after their departure, thereby not unduly disrupting their everyday family life. On July 20, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos was one of the astronauts launched by a reusable Blue Origin rocket above the Von Karman line—the official start of space (100 km). Reusable booster rockets are now being used by multiple companies thanks to SpaceX pioneering efforts. This will lead to cheap space travel, space tourism, space mining, bases on Moon, colonization of Mars, etc. A major shift has recently happened in exopolitical (extraterrestrial) affairs making it possible for civilian space programs to participate in the colonization of space. Multiple sources claim agreements have been reached between national space programs and extraterrestrial associations for humanity to take charge of our solar system. Unfortunately, the development of reusable rockets marks the launch of a two tiered space system. The civilian space industry will be dependent on reusable rockets for space programs due to their affordability. In contrast, the world's militaries, intelligence services and major aerospace companies will instead use exotic propulsion systems such as antigravity, antimatter and torsion fields, and will resist efforts to release these into the public arena for national security reasons.
