In 1994, they released the cassette tape All Rapped Up, which included the hit single "Smoke Season". Next year, they released their debut studio album Bad N-Fluenz. The album featured guest appearances by Oakland rappers Too Short, Seagram, Mr. Ill, and Street Thugs.
In 1996, Rappin' Ron died in a tragic car accident. A year later, Ant Diddley Dog returned with the song "Time Is Tickin" on the album Big Thangs by Ant Banks. Then he appeared on Tymatale's self titled album on the song "Time Ta Climb", but has not rapped ever since.
Bad N-Fluenz' second album Slippin' Into Darkness was advertised on the cover of Cell Block Compilation II: Face/Off, but was never officially released.
