I Love MMO, But My Experience Lately Has Been Bad | SKYLENT
MMO, much like the main example in this video Guild Wars 2, are built to be played by massive numbers of players from all walks of life and experience levels, except they aren't. Max levels, speed runners, and veteran players are ruining games for people just starting out and learning the game. The magic of MMO is discovery and that discovery is being ruined by playing that content with un-alike players. I'm not saying we need match making....but all pvp games have it for a reason. PvE games, especially MMORPG need to be better about how players actually progress through their worlds and interact with other players. The most popular mmo feel the lonliest.
