3X5 PIKE PRESS (one set shown)
5X? HSPU (goal 5x5)
5X1 NEG 90° PUSHUP
3XMAX PIKE PRESS (first set is dropset)
No burnout today. Overall good workout...set a PR on the handstand static hold. Also added the negative 90° pushups which I haven't done in a long time due to shoulder pain. So it feels good to be bringing them back. (Did 5x5 deadlift night before plus some inverted shrugs on rings)

Broke on the last rep of last set. This is one way to increase endurance. When can complete 7/minute for 5 minutes (no break ups) then move on to 8/minute for 5 minutes. Then 9/m for 4 minutes. Then 10/min for 4 minutes. Any questions just leave a comment. Thanks
