this is the follow up session from last night. even less sets than last night, but progress in that i did new exercises on top of the assisted bar. some more reps on the reverse hypers, moved side to side, and tried straddle handstand to planche. at the end i burned out with some explosive pullups and a diamond handstand static hold. Im feeling the two day in a row pain now as i write this. tomorrow will be mostly rest and then hiking this weekend for legs and cardio. when i return next week it will be time to see the progress.

Was in the mood to film today. Working through some aches and pains but overall felt good today. Lot of work to be done on handstands of course but its always a work in progress. Just a Lil fun day hitting some exercises I havent touched in a while but still getting the basics in. Legs was yesterday mixed with some cardio. Thanks to all who watch and comment.
