Ex-Vegan Story (Part 2): Dr. Greger's diet ruined my health! Malnourished!
In this video I continue to discuss more problems and struggles my body had on a vegan diet and that Dr. Greger's diet deteriorated my health.
There are several other related concerns that I discuss but this is my honest and open experience with the diet. I hope this video helps someone going through the same thing!
POST VEGAN I don’t like the term "ex-vegan”
Post Vegan:
A person who researches long term sustainability. Does not eat animals from "big-agri business", consuming only grass fed animal products, supporting small farms. Understands that our present food system is terribly flawed and still makes an effort at fighting the problem through a different model. They also understand that "big-agri mono cropping" is just as unethical. They try there best to buy as ethical as possible but they also know that forcing a specific diet or lifestyle on someone (that may cause suffering to them through health problems) is unethical.

Now that the weather is warmer I have been including a small amount of fruit for a snack, not shown here, when I was eating a 100% vegan diet I could not handle fruit because I would get nerve pain, now that i'm eating quality fat and protein that pain has gone away and can enjoy the occasional fruit!
