Secret Chiang Mai Travel | Huay Tung Tao Lake
Huay Tung Tao Lake is a great place to go and relax for the day. It is around 15-20 minutes outside of Chiang Mai and I would highly recommend traveling to check it out.
We rode there on a motorbike from Ched Yod in Chiang Mai and it didn't take long at all.
A lot of Thai locals like to visit lake Huay Tung Tao and they have great food service as well.
Entry is 50 baht for a foreigner and 20 baht for a Thai local, once you're at the lake you can get together as a group and sit in one of the bamboo huts next to the lake.
The water is clean enough to swim in, so if you're in Thailand and missing being by the beach whilst you're in Chiang Mai. You can always go for a swim in Huay Tung Tao lake.

Almost a year ago to the day, I made a video inside Chiang Mai's Old City.

In this video, I took a walk around the old city. I walked from Tha Phae Gate all the way up to the Three Kings Monument and back again.

Annista Cafe is a great little coworking space just outside of Chiang Mai city.
It used to be open 24 hours but has restricted it's hours to midnight, opening at 8 o clock in the morning.
Fast WiFi and good coffee.
Worth checking out if you want to get out of the Nimman area.

There is a wide range of phones and consumer electronics in Thailand and you don't have to worry about not being about to find what you're after.
Typically, you'll be able to get anything you need and more in Chiang Mai.
Kad Suan Kaew is one of the better malls in Chiang Mai if you want to buy a phone. There are dozens of stores selling all different brands.
I picked up an Oppo A37 for around 5,000 baht.

Passive income is a phrase that I see thrown about all over the place and whilst there isn't anything wrong with passive income.
The question I'm asking is should it be what you focus all of your efforts on?
I believe that the pursuit of passive income has its place. But for those of you who are in the early stages of your journey, those who want to become digital nomads and at a bare minimum achieve location independence.
You may be setting yourself up for failure if that is ALL you are focused on.
In this video, I talk about something I like to call guaranteed income.
Guaranteed income means never being out of work and more importantly, never being out of work that you can do online; from anywhere.
It may not sound as appealing as some of the other content that the so-called "gurus" put out online but the advice is solid and it comes from my own years of experience observation.
