You can train WITH your son and this way both have fun, grow your kids interest in sports and, obviously, get stronger.
Being a father takes so much time away that many times to go to a gym is a luxury because we have to attend to our kids. When that happens I find ways to train with my son and there a plenty of things you can do.
If you decide to get your little one to the gym be careful because it is potentially dangerous and many gyms will not permit kids enter.
If you get your son onto yourself using resistance band (as myself in the video) be careful, you don’t want him to fall backwards and break his head. Having your kid on yourself this way can even mean a better training because all bodyweight excersises become harder. That means, you become stronger while your kid feels like a knight on a gigantic horse.
