Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Boss Run – Final Fantasy V Boss #5: Garula

The Water Crystal is it's next target and guess what's in our way, A Garula. Too bad some soldier wasn't enough to stop it.
Garula is an opponent that specializes in brute force and I mean a LOT of brute force. He hits hard and can take down one of your units if given the chance. However there is one strategy to make it a bit easier: Pond's Chorus or Toad Song. Using that will turn it into a Toad and make the fight a lot easier. However it can use Toad Song to return to normal. Make sure you take it out before that happens.
Despite Bartz and the others' intentions, the Water Crystal is shattered. Not good. Turns out the soldier in question knows Galuf and tells us our objective: protect the Fire Crystal. We also obtain new jobs from the shards: Time Mage, Mystic Knight, Berserker, Red Mage and Summoner. As for that other job, don't worry. We'll get it much later.
Suddenly everything starts to shake so Bartz and his crew has to skedaddle because the tower's going to sink. Thankfully they made it out but in an unexpected turn of events, Syldra shows up to save the gang. Wow. Syldra get them to shore but due to using up the last of its strength passes on... much to Faris' sadness.
Despite this, the journey must continue.

Playthrough Part 8: The Final Octolith in Sight
Before anyone wonders, I apologize. Basically I messed up in details and I was able to fix it.
But anyway, time to FINALLY head for the last place, the Vesper Defense Outpost. We went to Arcterra in order to obtain the Imperialist. That's needed in order to proceed further. What we find is pure madness. I have no words because trying to get around is like a puzzle. Fortunately I made sure to reach the right path to get the final Octolith.
The end is near. Part 9 is the finale.

Back to the main mission. This one is going to get a bit chilly.
The fight is still going and our job is to trek through this cold place to take out the big bad. But these guys will not stop us, whether it be yo-kai or otherwise. You also notice that many of the enemies you see are what we dealt with in the first Nioh DLC. Yep. Never change.
At the end, we face against a foe that has a frost blade. This guy is deadly and will test your skills. I recommend that you pack plenty of scrolls that can either slow your foe down or boost your defense. They will be helpful. Trust me.
It took me multiple tries. But once I persevered, I pray that I would never go through that again. Sub missions are our next stop in Part 16. We're doing six of them.

For anyone asking, I will be reuploading the trailer on Tuesday, or unless once Square-Enix releases the trailer. The moment that happens, it'll be coming back. Have no fear. Oh and this video won't show any footage of it whatsoever.
But yeah, if anyone wondered why I removed it, it's due to fear of copyright by either Square-Enix, Disney or both. Probably both and I rather not piss off either. Thing is, whoever uploaded that trailer meant for unlisted instead of private is going to get fired. And once Square-Enix releases their trailer officially, they are going after everyone who uploaded it and I rather not be one of them.
So yeah, I'm really sorry but don't you fret. Once Square-Enix officially releases it, I will do the same. Here I am providing my thoughts on the trailer and there are no words to sum it up. None whatsoever. I am excited for Re:Mind and it's going to give me a reason to return back one more time for Kingdom Hearts 3. I am going to finish New Game Plus Critical Mode. I will and I will make sure of it since it's a job I must do.

This is a long one because reasons. Why? Backtracking so we can get what we missed.
As for the main focus, we head for planet Ardolis with Ratchet & Clank. Our job is to find Pierre. Why him? Because he will hopefully lead us to Captain Quantum. If only it'd be that easy. Believe me.
We also take the liberty to explore the place and it means finding whatever is there to obtain that juicy 100% completion. Of course enemy pirates aren't going to let that happen cause we're going to fight. And then Emperor Nefarious shows up and everything goes from bad to worse. Ratchet does escape but man it's an epic disaster.
We'll continue in Part 12.

The demo was released yesterday but I couldn't resist getting started on it. As you know, this is a remake of Seiken Densetsu 3 aka Trials of Mana. Unlike the Secret of Mana remake, this one is improved in a lot of ways. For starters you choose from one of six characters to be the leader and the other two to be supporting allies. How you go about it depends on you of course.
You'll see what I mean. I'm also doing this in Hard so you guys know I'm asking for it. I want a challenge and I'm going to get it.

Arcade Mode | Marshall Law
Like Nina Williams, this character has appeared in almost every Tekken game. I say almost because Tekken 3 brought his son. We meet with Marshall Law.
Marshall Law is a martial artist that operates not only a dojo but also a restaurant. Yeah, surprise. Not only that but he fits the Bruce Lee archetype. Basically in fighting games, there would always be a character that either shares similarities to Bruce Lee or pays tribute to the man. In this case, Marshall Law is part of said archetype. Other characters include Fei Long, Jacky Bryant, Liu Kang, Kim Kaphwan, Rufus and even Jon Talbain.
Marshall Law's fighting style is all about fast paced moves such as punches, kicks and somersaults. Seriously. He is so easy to play and easy to get into that even neophytes can get into. Although when you break it down, Law can really be easy to learn but difficult to master. At least it didn't take me that long.
