Local Minneapolis reporter talks to Minneapolis police about surge in violence.
Also talks to a local gang member about how the summer is going to be worse for violence.
We are finding out that kids are committing more violence than the adults.
But most important what WCCO wants you to take away from this that guns are evil and we should make more things illegal.
The truth of the matter is laws don't work except punishing good hard working people.
