Vince "Trapper" Nelson was an intrepid and adventurous entrepreneur who carved out a campsite from the wilderness along the shores of the Loxahatchee River during the 1930s. A colorful character, he was found dead in 1968 from a gunshot wound to the chest. It was ruled a suicide, but there are those that think that it was murder. FOLLOW UP TO CASE - After advising this client to move since her rental agreement was coming for renewal within 2 months, she decided to stay there. I did get recontacted that since then her house had been robbed and that activity within the house had worsened as well as the effect to the persons sleeping in the downstairs portion of the house. I decided not to return as it is evident that this person had wasted the opportunity to get herself and the family out of the miasma of darkness that overshadows this property.
