Some random ramblings about the new mini CNC table that
I am currently working on. It is intended to be part of a series
of modular designs that can form a plotter/cutter, a small mill
or a simple 3D printer base.
All of the design blocks and files will eventually be published
on github, as well as the software that accompanies it.

The chip shortage is upon us - nothing can fix that for now.
So let's build a vintage style computer from parts that are available - and as little of them as possible. Impossible ? OpenSource ?
Update 5:
- 1st boards sent to developers
- fine tuning the software for speed and stability
Source files are available here: (but the repos may lag behind)

Ok, honestly: ... its a 65C02 with emulated hardware on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W. But it's cheap and fun and available now. Still fiddling with the hard and software a lot.
More soon !

Going through my list of things to do and things to buy since now is the best time.
I have a list of coupons for banggood.com if anyone is interested.
The list has expired by now ... so I removed it.
The links in the list do not generate revenue for me,
but the do add to my rep at banggood.com

I've been gifted an Amiga 2000 mounted in a PC tower case.
I'm moving it into a custom built wood case.
In this video I'm building the new SFX form factor PSU for it, and I'm giving it a 1st test.

My experiences making an ITX micro tower PC from laser -cut acrylic.
My first experiences with using acrylic glue to join up many pieces of acrylic. This is a very time-consuming task, and I had hoped for a slightly cleaner result.
Enjoy !
