食材:鳳螺600g
蒜頭3顆
調味料:阿順師2匙
鹽巴半匙
白胡椒粉少許
建議:
1.鍋子的部分建議使用鐵鍋或鋼鍋,不建議使用不銹鍋會容易刮傷
2.料理部分淹至鳳螺八分滿的水,一開始建議使用大火,收至表面沒有水
分即可下白胡椒粉,開小火稍稍冒煙香氣出來即可.
Ingredients: Phoenix snail 600g
3 garlic
Seasoning: Asun 2 spoons
1/2 tsp salt

Suggest:
