The CIA has been the number one drug and weapons smuggler in the world for at least 50 years. The CIA was founded under President Truman, but in later years Truman warned that the CIA had become "a policy setting branch of government", around the same time that Eisenhower and Kennedy warned us about the Military Industrial Complex.

When JFK discovered that the CIA had lied and provided false intelligence information to manipulate him into invading Cuba at the Bay of Pigs, JFK swore to dismantle the agency and "break it into a thousand pieces", but was assassinated by the CIA before he could complete the task.
