Today I was able to put in the reinforcement bars underneath the 2x6 C-channels, welded the C-channels on for the hangers to mount on with lots of grinding in between. I then tack welded all the hangers on and have one of the axle on there.

Today I finished mounting the leaf springs on one side, it's been taking longer than I expected. As you can see, I made mistake when mounting the rear mount. I tried to hammer it in but no go. Have to grinded off and re-position it. I cut off the C-chanels for the other side and couple reinforcements pieces. Hopefully I can finish the other side tomorrow.

I'm in the process of replacing the axles on my trailer that I bought a long time ago that I never get to used because the axles on it were not safe for use (to me anyway). I took off those axles but didn't film them. This part where I assemble the slipper leaf springs onto the axles so I can see and measure how wide and determine where to place the mounts for the slipper leaf springs.
