Ingredients
• ½ Hass avocado, ripe
• ¾ C full-fat coconut milk, canned
• 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 C crushed ice
Preparation
1. Blend avocado, coconut milk, ginger, turmeric and lemon juice on low speed until smooth. Add crushed ice then blend on high speed until smooth.
2. If using sweetener taste and adjust sweetness and tartness as per your preference.
