Green Smoothie Bowl • INGREDIENTS • 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk • 1/2 cup coconut Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice • 3 bananas quartered and frozen • 1 cup mango frozen • 2 cups spinach • INSTRUCTIONS • Add all ingredients to a food processor bowl or a nut butter and smoothie attachment. Process until the mixture becomes super creamy and begins to lighten in texture. • Top with granola, fresh fruit, nuts, nut butters, coconut, or chocolate chips. • Be sure to start with frozen bananas and mango for the best textured smoothie bowl

How to: Mix the ingredients to make a paste keep it on for 15-20 mins and gently massage it before rinsing it off.

2. Facemask for removing tan
Ingredients: 2-3 Tablespoons chiepea flour, 1-2 teaspoons aloe vera gel

Homemade Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
• 2 Cups Fresh basil leaves packed
• 1/2 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 Lemon Juiced
• 1/3 Cup Pine nuts
• 2 Garlic cloves peeled
• 1/2 Tsp Sea salt, or to your taste
• 1/4 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper, or to your taste
Instructions
• Heat a small frying pan on low heat.
• Add in the pine nuts and cook until golden for about 3-4 minutes. Keep shaking the frying pan every couple of seconds to prevent the nuts from over-coloring and burning.
• Place all ingredients except olive oil into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until chopped.
• Continue processing while gradually adding oil in a steady stream, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the food processor.
• Transfer to a 10 oz jar and keep refrigerated for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

2 Minute Dairy-free Blueberry Ice Cream
• 2 1/2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
• 2 frozen bananas peeled, chopped, frozen overnight
• 1 cup Coconut milk, full fat
• 1/2 cup Maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
Put the frozen banana and blueberries in your food processor. Bland 1 Minute then add Coconut Milk and Maple syrup and Vanilla extract.
Pulse until completely smooth.
Transfer the blueberry nice cream into a bowl or scoop into cones. Enjoy!

Strawberry Sweet Iced Tea
Ingredients
• 3 cups sliced Strawberries
• Juice from 1 Lemon
• 5 regular Tea Bags
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2quart Water
Instructions
1. Steep tea bags in 1quart boiling water for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Puree strawberries in food processor until liquified.
3. Remove tea bags and add remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
4. Add strawberry puree and lemon juice and stir well.
5. Strain liquid through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
6. Add remaining quart of water and chill.
7. Serve over ice.
