HCTC firearms put it all together by cutting the barrel down to 16", recrowning and threading it, and coating many of the parts with KG Gunkote in a sweet digital camo pattern. This build wasn't cheap, but it comes in at or under the price of a Gunsite Scout. Not bad when you consider the ammo savings!
