This video is made for those who have missed a workout due to low motivation. I will share how I overcame this problem and did my P90X workout even though I wanted to quit!
The hardest battle you will ever have is the inward battle with yourself. At the end of the day you have control over your actions. Do what it takes or don't. You have the option.
It's what you do with the moments you have, the actions you take (or dont take) that will become the sum of your results.
Whether you are doing the P90X workout or something entirely different it does not matter. This philosophy can be applied to anything fitness.

I was very shaky which I didn't notice until after. The message into today's video is make sure you are eating enough calories. Calories are energy and chances are if your results have slowed and/or you're bonking by the end of your workouts then you need to eat more, not less.

Today I thought i'd talk a little about how I eat not just to lose weight but to maintain my lean body fat levels. I started all this meal prep on April 15th and haven't looked back.
I have continued to improve my process and have been experimenting with different food/spice combos and cooking methods to make sure this entire process remains sustainable.
It has to be enjoyable before anything. It also has to fit in my calorie goals and my main focus is on my protein macro. Everything else more or less falls into place.
Is it easy? Well, now it is. It was different when I first started but trust me, if you stick with something like this and make it a way of life, it becomes easy. I reprogrammed myself and changed my habits.
Having meals prepped in advanced and not trying to do anything that requires too much focus has made this sustainable for me. I eat carbs, fats, and proteins. I have coffee, I use milk, I have honey, and sometimes I have things like pizza and butter.
I don't do cheat days. Just balance with tracking to keep things within my calorie goals. That's it in a nutshell.

Today I was prepping another batch of meals and wanted to share how I use different cooking methods to add variety.
This is one of the major reasons that I have been able to do this with ease for 5 months. If it was all just plain food I would have not enjoyed the process and I would have burned out a long time ago.
That's absolutely why I can confidently say that I am in the best shape and at the same time more shredded than I have ever been in my entire life.
