Compound Turbo Miata 1st start, things didn’t go as planned. The Abomination Lives... kinda
This was my first time starting the compound turbo Miata and being filmed, was definitely fun and I wanna give a special thanks to Mike of Scumbag Garage for coming over and leading me a hand. Commentary and lightening the mood, helped a lot because surprising to many... I’m actually very camera shy.
Hope y’all enjoyed this, let me know if you like this type of content and want more of this style filming. Take care and thanks for being here!

In this video I’ll be showcasing an experiment I’m conducting as to adding a stainless steel wool as media to give the oil vapors something to grab onto as the crank case ventilation system does its thing. Also I tapped the original PCV outlet to take a 1/2 npt fitting for connection to the oil catch can.

Cursing my favorite road with my favorite people, what a blast!!! Annnd I actually let the Miata rip a few times, she’s still on the break in tune (which is low boost) and there’s about 300 more miles of clutch break in before I start really smashing on it.
This was mostly a fun video to make, hopefully next time the ice cream spot will be opened back up. And I already ordered fender flares from carbon Miata, as well as drift modded knuckles. So so big changes are coming to the suspension, and hopefully after that I’ll be ready to some skids!!!

In this video, we’ll take you on a trip down tensioner lane. Mostly we discuss the controversy and misinformation behind the gates timing kits, the NTN tensioner, the oem tensioner and Japanese pulleys that come with the tck304n, vs the kit that is tck304 and comes usually with Chinese or random manufacturers parts.
