Do you want to learn how to conjugate RE verbs in French? RE verbs are just one of the groups of verbs in French, but they’re equally important for all beginners to learn.
But before you learn how to conjugate RE verbs in French, here’s a review of the subject pronouns you’ll be using: "Je", "tu", "il”, "on", "nous", "vous", and "ils".
Now, here’s how to conjugate RE verbs: For the first person singular, you just add an S to the root of the verb. For the second person singular, you also add an S. For the third person, don’t add anything.
For the first plural form, you’ll add O-N-S on to the root of the verb. For the second plural form, you’ll add E-Z and for the third person, you’ll add E-N-T.
Let’s take the verb “mordre” for example. The proper conjugations for this RE verb are: Je mords, tu mords, il ou elle mord, nous mordons, vous mordez, ils ou elles mordent.
