Return To Kerbin - Changing Orbits Via EVA - Kerbal Space Program
We refueled the suit in low orbit bit without a spare seat we can't return home, instead we have to perform a Hohmann transfer orbit from 205km up to 400km, this takes about 1/3 of the EVA pack's fuel supply, leaving plenty to spare for a rendezvous with the rocket. The best time to burn for this intercept is when the lower orbit is 62 degrees behind the higher orbit, but that's hard to guess exactly without instruments.
Into The Stars is a game where you captain the last human colony ship through hostile space, trying to bring the last survivors of humanity to a new home in the stars.
It was originally launched as a kickstarter in January 2015 and released in final form a few days ago.

The Mothership makes its first jump to the edge of the Kharak system, to rendezvous with a spacecraft launched a decade ago, however the rendezvous does not go as planned.

I've seen photos of the ISS taken with telescopes and special tracking mounts, but I wanted to challenge myself to take a recognisable photo of the ISS using a handheld consumer grade camera. The Nikon P1000 has the longest zoom lens of any superzoom camera, it'll run up to 125 times magnification, a focal length of 3000mm . But tracking the ISS with a handheld camera is not trivial, and ultimately it wasn't my wobbly hands that were the limit but the wobbly air.

I've covered this game in the past, it's a multiplayer arena shooter with 2 teams fighting to destroy the other team's capital ship. It's design decisions make it stand out, both in terms of graphic design and gameplay. The ship designs are like nothing else out there and the ship building, special abilities and combo system make for a huge number of designs.
It's definitely a niche title with no single player campaign, but if you like competitive space combat it might just be your kind of thing.

In the last 12 days there have been 5 launches and a whole lot of other news, but I expect nobody will have time to watch this as Artemis is sitting on the pad, potentially launching in 7 hours time....
Also - congratulations to BPS Space - check out his work.

After almost 5 years of development the boys in the lab have come up with a whole new way to travel in space - a space capsule. As it turns out the safety team won't let me launch my previous crew capable design into space due to the large window cooking the pilot inside. So, newer, more robust space transport is now required.

Astronauts have a long history of solving problems with equipment and material not designed for the task, but, in space travel you usually can't get the best tool for a job unless you brought it with you, so improvisation is a necessary part of space exploration.

During the last 10 seconds before launch the Space Shuttle performed thousands to operations to turn on the engines, safely bring them to speed and leave the launch pad. There's dozens of engineering cameras which tracked these operations, and they make for amazing viewing. I used this footage to lay out the operations and explain everything that's happening during this amazingly complex choreographed set of operations that are needed to get the Shuttle off the pad and on its way to space.
