How to do GOOD MORNINGS exercise with a POWER BAND -
This is an excellent back, glutes, and hamstring exercise. Traditionally done with a barbell, the power band variation is great for warm ups and home workouts.
Be sure to maintain a strong back position throughout the movement. Hinge at the hips until you feel a stretch through the hamstrings. Then stand up and squeeze your glutes to lock the hips out.

A great day hike in the Hobart are! Enjoy a glimpse into the world of Kunanyi / Mt Wellington which towers over Hobart, Tasmania.
Start this track from the end of Lenah Valley road. Follow the old Hobartian Track until the junction with the Lost World. Take a left along the Hunters Track until Junction Cabin. Take the Lenah Valley Fire Trail to the beginning.
