Stand with your feet shoulder-width distance apart. Start by doing a regular squat, bringing your arms out directly in front of you so that they are parallel to the ground. Engage your core, then jump up explosively while you bring your arms back down to the sides of your body. As you land, lower back down in the bottom of a squat with arms out in front of your body and repeat.
G-Tip: The goal of this squat is to make as little noise with your feet as possible upon landing. Use your arms to stabilize your squat and land gracefully.
