This is an 8 day Cuckoo Clock. Just a cleaning and oiling of this nice, 1969 Cuckoo Clock. I show how I take the clock apart for cleaning and back together again and ready to hang back up on the wall.

What wax I use to wax my cuckoo clock I think is best. Howard's Wax that you can buy on line or better deal at Home Depot. The wax will look wet when you first put it on and will soak in the wood, but will look new again. Remember that the non-painted clocks can use the same wax and will turn darker because the moisture is going back into the clock wood.

I always wanted the wire clips that come on new clocks to use on holding my newly made bellows instead of rubber bands. Then it dawned on me to just make my own. Also I ship sold cuckoo clocks and am tired of trying to keep the bellows quiet and the lift wires might even fall off in shipping. Hope this might help you with your bellow needs.

I bought this Fiddler cuckoo clock online at a GW action site. I now have two of them. No, sorry, but they are not for sale. This clock has been worked on before by someone else, so I guess the owner gave up on the clock when the cuckoo kept cuckooing. I didn't know why, but was willing to try this clock out. After a few hours, I did learn and discover what would cause the clock to keep cuckooing. Thanks for stopping in to see how I fixed this clock back to working order and looks good also.

I cut my brothers hair along with mine and my son’s hair, but never a dog. Harley is a good Yorkshire terrier. All the Groomers were closed because of the virus and Harley’s hair was shaggy and long.
Brother Bob asked me to cut his hair, so I did.
I learned you have to do short sweeps, as seen in the video to get the hair to cut without getting hung up on the sides of the cutter with hair.
Harley loves me, so I am sure that is why he was a good dog with me and also, he has been going in regularly to get his hair cut at the groomers.
