Dr. Shawn Baker points out that a meat-based diet works extremely well for helping people to get off medications, lose weight, and normalize their blood glucose levels, among other benefits. We all want to be free, but as Dr. Baker says in this video, "You can't be free if you're chronically dependent on a corrupt and broken health-care system and the people who support that and profit from that."

In this interview, Dr. Nakao, who says he's 90 years old, explains why he recommends urine therapy.
A couple of his quotes:
"Teaching about urine therapy is a thankless task."
(So true! Lol! Nobody wants to hear about it.)
"But there is no superior healing method than this."
(I agree!)

My Comments: This lady has done what I've been meaning to do for years: create an audiobook of John W. Armstrong's "The Water of Life: A Treatise on Urine Therapy" that's read by a human being instead of a computer voice. Back when I found "The Water of Life," the only audiobooks of it were computer voices, but I still listened to the entire reading of it several times, and the book still blew me away. But this reading is an improvement because the lady who calls herself Some Iota has a pleasant voice and does a nice job of reading it.
