Recipe #1 - Oatmeal Ingredients: •1 cup old fashioned oats •cinnamon to taste •dash of salt •1T chia seeds •1/4 cup raisins •1/4 cup diced apples •1T maple syrup
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, cover with hot water, drizzle with maple syrup, enjoy! Recipe #2 - Cauliflower Steak with Chimmichurri and Purple Potatoes - serves 2 Ingredients: •1 cup olive oil •4 cloves garlic •1.5 cups parsley •1T cumin •1T salt •1/2 T oregano •1tsp red chili flakes •4 purple potatoes •1 head of cauliflower Instructions: potatoes: peel and roast potatoes on cast iron pan with 1T olive oil and salt to taste. cover and allow to cook 10-15 min, then remove lid another 10-15 min and allow water to burn off and potatoes to caramelize.
cauliflower steaks: wash, and slice cauliflower to 1/2 slices, place on baking. drizzle with olive oil and dash of salt. roast for about 30-40 minutes or until golden around edges
chimmichurri sauce: in a food processor combine 1.5 cups parsley, 3-4 cloves garlic, 1T cumin, 1/2T oregano, 1teaspoon red chili flakes, 1/2 cup-1 cup olive oil, about 1T salt, pepper to taste enjoy! Recipe #6 - Curried Lentil Soup - serves 4 Ingredients: •3 tablespoons olive oil, divided •1 medium onion, chopped •1 medium carrot, finely chopped •2 large garlic cloves, chopped, divided •2 tablespoons (or more) curry powder •1 cup French green lentils •4 1/4 cups (or more) water, divided •1 tablespoon fresh lime juice •1 cup coconut cream •2 green onions, thinly sliced License CRIATIVE CO

Hey Yall! Here are a few meals that I have been eating. I am not 100% plant based but I have been incorporating more plant based meals in my diet and here are a few of my favorites. My Quinoa breakfast bowl is quick and easy and I switch it up with different fruit like bananas, blue berries, and mango. I have been experimenting with different flour to make alkaline bread and in this video I used spelt, quinoa and garbanzo bean flour.

McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix .75 oz
Total Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 cup. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Gravy Mix, 1 cup Cold Water. 1. Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing). Serve over beef, pork, hot meat sandwiches or mashed potatoes.

I definitely do, but sometimes I don't have much time for this because of a busy and tiring day. Does it sound familiar? Don't worry! In this video you will find simple and delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Don't forget about desserts :)
1. Healthy breakfast idea
You and your family will love this healthy breakfast. Also, it looks amazing! You will need:
- peach
- yogurt
- apple strips
Put some yogurt on a plate and place a half of the peach in the middle - it looks just like a fries egg, but definitely is 10 times healthier and full of vitamins! Now add some apple strips as a healthy french fries version. Yummy!
2. Egg in the clouds
To cook this delicious breakfast you will need:
- eggs
-cheese
Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Whip egg whites into a white foam, add some grounded cheese. Place the mixture on a cooking tray, put the yolks on top and cook it in the oven at 230c for 3 minutes. The eggs look unique and amazing!
3. One minute chocolate pastry
This is probably the fastest and easiest pastry idea you can cook in just one minute. Take a piece of puff pasty (you may buy it in the store or make it yourself). Now put a chocolate bar in the middle and wrap it in the pastry. Make a braid pattern for decoration. Add some nuts on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c. So delicious!
