Chocolate Brownie ( Low Calorie)
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 80g
-Dark chocolate unsweetened 200g
-Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Canderel 4 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tbs
-Baking powder 1/4 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sited 1/4 Cup
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-In saucepan,add butter,dark chocolate and whisk well.
-Add cocoa powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs and beat well.
-Add canderel and beat for a minute.
-Add milk,cooking oil,vanilla essence,baking powder,baking soda and beat again.
-Now add melted chocolate mixture (room temperate) and mix gently.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.
-Grease 8 x 8 inch baking pan with cooking oil and place butter paper.
-Pour brownie batter in prepared baking dish and add chocolate chips.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
-After baking,let it cool and cut into pieces & serve!

How to Make Meat Lovers Pizza
* 1.Make pizza dough with millet flour, tapioca flour, garlic powder, soy milk, baking powder, water and season it with salt.
* 2.Once the dough is rested for 20 minutes make in to small balls and roll the pizza into thin layer.
* 3.Dock the pizza and cut the edges to make it round.
* 4.Slightly bake the pizza in the oven for 2 minutes.
* 5.Once taken out spread tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and then bake it in the oven.
* 6.Once 75% done add the pepperoni, chicken salami, salami milano (dry cured and made with pork, sea salt, and red wine) and bake the pizza
* 7.Once the pizza is fully cooked take it out and cut it into 8 slices.
* 8.Arrange the prosciutto slice on each pizza and garnish with chopped rosemary.
* 9.Serve hot and brush the sides with olive oil.

How to Make Zafrani Kaju Katli
* 1.Grind cashew nuts into a fine powder.
* 2.Heat sufficient water in a non-stick pan.
* 3.Add sugar and saffron, mix and cook till syrup thickens.
* 4.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
* 5.Add cashew nut powder and mix well, cook for about 3 minutes.
* 6.Spread the mixture onto a thali and let it cool to room temperature.
