2005 Schindler HT 330A Hydraulic Elevator at Belk Northlake Mall (Charlotte, NC)
Here's yet another 330Lame. The dark lighting makes me want to fall to sleep due to how lame this cab is.
Elevator Brand: Schindler Elevator Model (if identifiable): 330A Elevator Type: Hydraulic Floors Served: 2 Est Installation: 2005 Original Fixtures: HT VR Buttons / HT VR Floor/Arrow Indicator / HT VR Arrow Lanterns Original Stuff Remaining: All Original Mods/Later Add Ons (if any): NA
Here is a simple 2 Story Hydro with a lot of cool stuff going on. I like me a good Schindler MT 300A and this one doesn't disappoint. The Cab design is very nice and appealing for a Medical Office Building. A lot about this elevator reminds me of One Town Square's Schindler MT's, which are also from 2001. Oh and the best part about this cab? The EPIC MOTOR! While it may not sound that loud on camera, it's definitely louder in person. This is a very cool elevator for a Simple 2 Story Hydro!

Assuming the company that modded this, this might have been a Dover at one point. This is an EARLY ModFusion Mod, aka the period where TK Mods went to complete shit 95% of the time. This mod is unsurprisingly pretty crap and runs poorly to the surprise of no one.
At the same time though, it's interesting. This likely had New Traditional Buttons until a majority got replaced with MAD BS CA, and possibly some spare Aurora Buttons. It's hard to say if some Aurora buttons are original or if they are random replacements. I was hoping that this was a rare TK Aurora Mod from the first floor call panel, but I got this sloppy mess instead. The Call Panels are pretty neat though.

This was the first elevator I filmed back in 2019! I don't know why I waited until 2019 to start filming elevators, but that is just how I did it...
So far, this Elevator is doing fine. The Cab design is interesting, but the Innovation Slap-On from the 1990's isn't. I'm guessing this modded either an Otis Lexan or an Otis with GAL JetPlus. This is a pretty memorable Elevator for me, but not the best.

This, at first, looked like another European Gen2, but it is actually an Otis 2000 from 2002. This runs perfectly fine and is not far from the 2010 Gen2 I filmed back in 2021. Looking back over this, this thing is super fast, almost around 500 FPM by the looks of it.

This is the main elevator of this admin building, same place with the 1st Gen Kingston Waterguards from Circa 1982-1985! The records are wrong for this as I think they used a different elevator record. Online, it likely indicates this elevator was installed around 1981, and it sounds a lot more believable.
This elevator does have an audible motor for once, but everything else is status quo for a Traditionally Boring: Dead Floor Indicator, Finicky buttons, you name it. It does seem to level quickly as before the motor stops as it automatically opens up. Sorry if this shoot seems weird, there are activities going on and the 1st Floor is a big room full of people. But this is the best shoot I can get. Also it's funny they left the operation keys in because anyone can just steal them.
FUN FACT: This place has a 1985 Southern Elevator, but it requires a Key to call it.

Right next door to the older parking deck with the Shitlered Westy, this is a "newer" parking deck built in the Early 2000's. This one has a typical garage 330A. This thing is beaten up and just as crappy as the Modded Westy next door in the other garage.

This is attached to H&W Drug and is located as such on the records, but does not actually service the place, instead servicing some offices. Also known as the former Shuford Bank Building.
I originally filmed a video of this back in 2020 without a ride, the reason being is that the elevator was "decommissioned" as no one was upstairs. Not too long ago, upstairs office tenants finally moved in upstairs and this elevator is now in confirmed working service!
While this elevator seems basic and boring at first, this has a lot of charm through the GAL Black Button Fixtures and the painted cabs featuring hills and the blue sky. I always thought this was traction like most Westbrook Elevators are, but to my surprise, it's a rare Westbrook Hydraulic with an EPIC MOTOR (more than likely the motor was replaced, but still)! This elevator is super nice!
