Haven’t felt so hot lately but a good man from Francis Ok had some fresh squash and zucchini from his garden for me. Ain’t that cool. Down here, with the heat, floods, dry, hail, naders, hard pan and clay as hard as a rock we work our gardens. If you can feed your family or livestock with it, we can grow it. Large and small gardens, makes no difference and when we have more, we share with our neighbors. I got this and could have got more. Gave him some of our onions too and I’ll be bringing him tomatoes and peppers soon. He likes okra so I’m going to give him a houseful. Ha. That’s the way its always been like here.
