Shown are the 10 routines of TanTui. They are short, simple and contain all major Wushu/KungFu moves!
These routines are excellent for beginners as they teach all the basic stances and position shifts, hand moves and strikes as well as the basic kicking.
As a more advanced practitioner, one can really push ones stamina, stability, balance and accuracy of moves with speed.
Tipp: while executing the forms, always maintain the same waist-level!
