Reeses Knock-off Oats with Banana
Energy dense but filling!
-1/2 cup of oats (150cal)
- 1/2 of almond milk (unsweetened, 15-30 cal)
-2tbsp of peanut butter/ pb2(60 cal) (honey roasted peanut butter was used, 170-200cal.)
-1 1/2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder (not an entire 1/4 cup scoop) 60cal.
-1 packet of sweetener/stevia (0cal)
Microwave until it starts to bubble.
Add 1 banana sliced. (110-115 cal)
Total: 525-550cal/465cal if you use pb2 substituting peanut butter and full after drinking water!
