Second attempt at brewing something like a Scraggy Bay IPA from Kinnegar. Definitely closer this time although still so far away. However, I'm quite enjoying what is coming out the other end so all is good.

What I thought would be simple wasn't made any easier by the worst instructions known to man. Still, we got there in the end and I now have pure filtered RO water at my fingertips when required. Is it going to improve my brewing though? Answers to come, I can't wait.
This is the one I got, went with the 4 stage version which includes a deionisation filter apparently:

48 long days of conditioning later, the latest Pilsner is ready to go. Seems like a lifetime ago I brewed this. This is a test of some new hops (new to me) I got from Crossmyloof brewery. Thought I'd whack them into a lager as that seems to be the thing I'm doing this year.
