All too often changing old habits and starting a new healthy lifestyle is complicated. Not to fear! Today I'm offering 2 simple tips to improve your health. In fact, these 2 tips are so simple you can start now! Simple tip number 1 is just to move more. The average American spends 6-8 hours a day sitting! This has some pretty major long-term health implications. So, if you want to improve your health, you're going to have to move more. No need to get fancy. Start by going for a walk every day. If you can get out into nature while you do it, all the better. Simple tip number 2 is to cut back the sugar. Sugar is in everything and if you're spending tons of time sitting, you don't need it. Start with a food log for a week so you can get an idea of how much sugar you're eating. Next, try to cut that amount by half. This can actually have a dramatic effect on your nutrition!
