Gold and old coins found at a sidewalk tear out located at one of Pittsburgh's oldest parks.
Greatest day to date. Interesting a beautiful Gold piece of jewelry found while hunting a sidewalk tear out . The sidewalk was originally poured in around the 1900s so there could be more hidden gems (just like that 1919 Buffalo Nickle that was just laying on top of the dirt. Probably dug up by a worker and just tossed to the side where I was able to save it because he didn't know it was there. Just goes to show a hunted out park is not hunted out Whoo-Hoo
