My name is Carol, I am an Autistic and I have always struggled with extreme neurodiversity (score of 205 on the Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale-Revised (RAADS-R) - average ASD female is roughly 162).
My main differences are extreme visual thinking / photographic memory, various forms of synesthesia, alexithymia, dyslexia, PTSD and cPTSD, various detachment and dissociative impairments (inability to connect / attach to people and animals). Physically my greatest issues are EDS and POTS as is common within the autistic community.

Mira Avocado Cooking Oil Product Review and Vitamin D Label Clarification
This video will cover a simple product review on Mira Avocado Cooking oil and a discrepancy found on their label claiming 560% of daily requirement for vitamin D in one serving (1 tbsp).
However when the company sent me their 2018 technical data report, it showed (as expected) this product contains only .4 ug/100 g or 16 IU's in total per serving.
However it is recommended we consume somewhere between 400-4,000 IU's of vitamin D / day depending on your source.
One serving of this avocado oil equals about 8 grams or is one tablespoon.
In an 8 gram serving of this avocado oil we have roughly 16 IU's of vitamin D2 (not even vitamin D3).
To meet the daily requirements for vitamin D with this product (if it contained D3, which it does not), one would have to consume between 50 to 500, 8 gram servings or tablespoons of this oil daily...which equates to 3,000 - 30,000 calories worth of this oil daily.
Their products claim on the label that one tablespoon contains 560% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D is highly inaccurate.

The Truth About Suicide - Why Do People Kill Themselves?
There are many reasons that someone takes their own life - we each have a unique story to tell - our own unique journeys - this is mine. Not every suicide falls into this scenario – but many do or a version similar to what I am about to explain….
It is my greatest desire that every person that has access to the internet across the globe one day sees this video. Please do your part by sharing it – and if you can not share it “like” it or comment – by doing so YouTube ranks it highest in the search list for people looking for info on this very subject.
In this video Carol walks you through what goes through the mind of someone moments before they attempt to kill themselves and what you can do to possibly prevent it.
In this video she shares:
1. How psychotropic drugs INCREASE the chances of suicidality – not the other way around.
2. The truth about suicidal impulses – where they come from.
3. Why do people kill themselves when they are loved and when they love others?
4. How to stop someone from killing themselves because they are taking mood altering drugs (this is not feasibly possible in all situations mind you).
5. How to stop someone from committing suicide when they are going through hardships.
6. Why people kill themselves without warning and when they appeared happy.
7. What to do when someone is suicidal and you want to help them.
8. What to do if someone is suicidal and is alone.
9. How to tell if someone is suicidal – or can you?
10. How to identify the signs of being suicidal.
11. How suicide warning signs sometimes are of very little tangible value.
I highly support the use of holistic practices to facilitate healthy mood and brain function. I have NOTHING to do with this company True Hope, but I highly recommend their supplement: EMPower Plus. http://www.truehope.com/
Carol is an Aspie and has always struggled with very extreme neurodiversity (score of 187 on the Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale-Revised (RAADS-R) - average ASD female is roughly 162).
Carol shares openly in her channel and on her social media how she does not let her Asperger's symptoms, impairments, losses, trauma's, and traumatic childhood in any way hold her back in life - but the opposite!
Carol Bird, author of, “The Son I Almost Gave Away”, has endured countless trials, from suffering a traumatic childhood, to going through several pregnancy losses, raising a severely brain injured child – to reversing his brain injury.
Carol was not diagnosed with autism as a child - and this led to a very lonely, isolated, abusive upbringing that led to the development of PTSD in early childhood.

My 4 Recommended Videos to Watch:
Video #1 https://youtu.be/E-HXfvbkPDo
Things to note in video one –
1. She is clearly very uncomfortable, quirky, “hi, hi, hi…” attempting to say to every person in the room before she begins..
2. At about the 15-30 second mark see some hand posturing and stimming that is seen throughout many of her performances – accentuated with her EDS hyper-mobility – as classic feature of ASD. Also as seen with many aspie singers the stimming slows and stops once she starts singing.
3. At about 4: 13 as she stops singing the stimming begins again.
4. 4: 32 you can really notice the EDS posturing in her hands.
5. Her use of sign language during her performance is absolutely incredible and unique - extremely talented.
6. 7: 57 listening to her extremely primal voice just resonates with the deepest part of my being – takes me to a very different world…not only do I see her as an autistic savant, but I see her also as a very primal autistic…
7. 8: 59 Sia has the absolutely cutest little aspie dance during applause – beyond adorable – co cute
After watching that tell me she is not one of us… truly. AspieDar oozing out my pours watching that. Sia is our people. If that is not enough… I have more.
Video #2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNGVis4OFcI
(Sia interview (part 2) must see – foundational in my personal beliefs of ASD being part of the picture here)
Things to note in video 2:
1. Sia's sitting position (very common in many of her interviews) – very much a self protection and self soothing posture
2. Self soothing how she is always holding her hands and stimming with her hands
3. Sia talks about drinking to get through the shows and social interaction
4. Sia's obviously very quirky in the things she says, how she says them, her unique laugh
5. Sia talks about complete overwhelm with the fan base growing “why did I want this!!!”
6. Sia talks about her need for control, she says ”I must be a control freak – that must be what it is, when I don’t have control over things I end up with the shakes… fight or flight response… and adrenaline…if I can’t control it it seems to cause me a lot of anxiety”
