Welcome to the June 2021 Hua Hin Thailand train line construction drone flight video update.
Please check back to the April and May videos in the channel:

https://youtu.be/mkSmrj1C8eMBy popular demand, this month I've flown the entire length of the line from the very north end of Hua Hin at the airport, all the way to the very south leading out of town towards Khao Tao. That took me 3 days and 8 flights, using up all 3 batteries each day. You'll notice a small blur as I edit the sections of video together to try to make it look like a single seamless flight. I managed to maintain a 42 meter altitude on all of the clips but I need to decide on and set a camera gimbal angle for consistency - I promise better next month.
This section of new train line is a "Mid-Speed" dual-track system, expected to cruise around 160 kph, which is almost double what I've experienced in the past, so that's still a good thing.
The dual-track system will alleviate the problem of a northbound and southbound train fighting for the same track. I've been on a train that had to stop and reverse to the previous station to allow another train to go past. That really messes up the schedule.
The trains coming through Hua Hin will soon transition from the old Hua Lamphong station in the heart of Bangkok to the new Bang Sue station in the northwest corner of the city. This will cut an additional 45 minutes off the trip and allow me to jump onto Bangkok's BTS / MRT subway system and quickly get to where I want to go.
Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for future flights.
You'll see a little promo clip from my friend who runs the

Credit goes out to the Hua Hin Today publication for finding construction progress data, showing the Hua Hin section at 85% complete, and the entire section should be operational by January 2023.
