This Arizona Town is Populated with Wild Donkeys!
Aren't ghost towns supposed to be empty? Full of tumbleweeds and rotting window shutters and maybe a few ghosts? Well, this ghost town has all those things, but also it has one very special thing making is a must-see on any Route 66 road trip; wild donkeys, aka burros.
In today's episode, we turn our nomad wheels toward one of the Route 66 Arizona Ghost Towns and visit Oatman Arizona, aka "The Ghost Town that Won't Die", where wild burros roam freely! Join us on this adventure and don't forget to leave an emoji in the comments!

Thanks for stopping by! If you know us, you know our story already. If you are new to our lives, here's the synopsis. We met in 2003 at an All Region Band concert because we are both nerds. He played trombone, I played French horn. We locked eyes across the music stands and then a few weeks later, I asked him to my prom, fell in love, and the rest is history. In 2018 we sold our home and bought our first camper. After two months we bought our second camper; a beat up, falling apart, rusted to literal pieces 1982 Silver Streak 3411 Supreme. Then we spent the next 1.5 years painstakingly rebuilding it into a modern, beautiful tiny home we call 'Dabby'.
We now travel full-time in our van, Bendigo, a Ford Transit 250, which we also built ourselves and are looking for land to homestead in our beautiful Silver Streak on.
