This is the way i cook rhubarb, which is one of my favourite desserts, especially served with hot custard ! i have not given cooking times, as they will vary according to amount of stalk used and method of cooking i.e. slow oven in casserole ( with lid ON ! ), slow cooker (again cook with lid ON )
