WILL THE ANTICHRIST PRESENT HIMSELF AS THE JEWISH MESSIAH? That’s the question our returning guest Chris White tackles with Basil and Gonz in this episode of Canary Cry Radio 074, False Christ. The discussion is about his most recent book, False Christ: Will the Antichrist Claim to be the Jewish Messiah?
While many Biblical scholars and commentators have speculated on the identity of the Antichrist, shaped by the contemporary geopolitical climate, Chris White takes the topic and uses only the Bible to present his thesis. Without any influence from the current turmoil in the middle east, or the global conspiracy which we all know and talk about so much, Chris’ view on the Antichrist has evolved from that of a New Age, Alien savior type, to quite simply, a man who will present himself as fulfilling the Jewish prophecies about the Messiah and Messianic Age.
The first thought that might cross your mind when you hear the thesis is, “Isn’t that anti-semitic?” And it’s a fair question that Chris addresses in the episode. The short answer is, No. But there are many other things that can be said about this view. Not only is it Biblically consistent, but it is the view of that was held by the pre-Nicene early church fathers. In other words, the view Chris is presenting is the first view of the Antichrist held by the church. And in terms of logic, it makes sense that if the true Christ was in fact a Jew, then the False Christ would also present himself as a Jew. The discussion deepens as Chris get’s into why he believes that Mystery Babylon is the eschatological Jerusalem; that is the Jerusalem that is ruled by the Antichrist in the end times. Again, this brings out heated comments from those who accuse Chris of being anti-semitic, but a fair shake at his evidence should cause all to reconsider their own preconceived positions about the identity of the Antichrist.

WHAT IS THE CULTURE OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER? It is the concept that “All is one, and one is all.” In essence it is the philosophical ideology of “monism.” In other words, there is a fundamental substance or source by which all of reality is built on and defined on. The ideology flies in the face of Christianity, which states that there is a very strong distinction between Creator and the creation. While the idea of creation itself having a universal substance, or “source” by which all reality is constructed is not denied, this substance is also not defined as God. The cultural appeal to such an ideology stems from various rudimentary philosophies that emerge from eastern religions, to the ideologies held by secret societies throughout the centuries. Today, the culture of oneness has been revitalized with youthful vibrance and energy, blindly adhering to the pagan roots which reflects the natural tendency for man to rebel against God. They have been expressed in recent decades in what is known as TRANSFORMATIVE EVENTS.
From Burning Man, to Tomorrowland, Transformative Events and Festivals are sweeping across the globe. But what are to do as Christians with such events? What is the true spirit and ideology behind the idea of oneness? How does it tie into the New World Order, Globalism, and the coming One World Society that has been the occult dream and the ancient hope for centuries? SCIENCE AND RELIGION have appeared to be at odds for the better part of two centuries. But is there really a divide, or is such a notion illusory? Robert Jastrow, an American astronomer, physicist, cosmologist, and one of NASA’s leading scientists and futurists once stated, “For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story ends like a bad dream. He has scaled the mountain of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries.” The reality is that the Bible, while not a science book, did speak many truths into the nature of creation.
In this episode, Josh Peck returns to talk about his new book, Quantum Creation: Does the Supernatural Lurk in the Fourth Dimension. One of the strangest phenomena discussed and observed in science is that of Quantum Physics. The mysterious properties of the world of Quanta have sparked numerous esoteric and occult derivations in an attempt to describe the nature of reality. Meanwhile, Christians who have discussed the issue and have tried to display the truth of God’s fingerprints all over the world of Quantum Creation often are labelled heretical for even trying to reconcile the two fields of study. It takes a brave soul to tackle this issue and that’s exactly what Josh Peck has done with Quantum Creation. While exploring the topic, Josh discovered that there are many instances where main stream films and explanations adopt a gnostic perspective in an attempt to explain the strange phenomena, while completely ignoring Biblical passages that fit the observable evidence. As Evangelical Christians, the 66 books we have in our hands is all we need to gain salvation through the acknowledgement of Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord. However, commentary from extra-biblical text and the early church fathers help us fill in some gaps that otherwise would be lost to us in the modern era. Dr. Ken Johnson is one of those folks who have scoured many of these extra-Biblical text and writings of the early church fathers. Using the Bible as the grounded point of reference, Dr. Ken Johnson has been able to paint a picture of the ancient world that few are able to ascertain. From it, he has been able to not only show how the truth is found in the Bible, but also the significance of its prophecies, those already fulfilled and those yet in the future.
In this conversation, Basil, Gonz, and Dr. Ken Johnson dive deep into topics like Gnosticism, Genesis 6 and the identity of the sons of God. They also bring up Nimrod, Odin, Venus, and other ancient deities, ancient paganism, as well modern day prophecies, over 50 of which Dr. Ken Johnson thinks were fulfilled in the last century.

He received a Doctorate in Theology from the Christian College of Texas back in 1989 and He’s the CEO and founder of Biblefacts Ministries at biblefacts.org and has authored twenty-one book including Ancient Post-Flood History: Historical Documents That Point to Biblical Creation, Ancient Paganism: The Sorcery of the Fallen Angels, Ancient Messianic Festivals: And The Prophecies They Reveal, and Demonic Gospels: The Truth about the Gnostic Gospel.

Back on episode 40, Basil and Gonz spoke to Dr. Heiser about the Divine Council and all of the Biblical context for God’s heavenly bureaucracy and their activity and intervention of mankind. For this episode, the focus shifts on his works of fiction, The Facade, and the follow up, The Portent. As a Biblical scholar, Dr. Heiser is known for his academic approach to theology. But his talent for writing is exemplified in these two works, where the characters are dynamic, relatable, and down to earth, while the setting, storyline, and overarching themes are rooted in the reality of various lesser known facts about the dark activity of governments and elite leaders of the world. The struggle between the main characters, who are simply trying to do the “right thing,” in direct opposition to intelligent evil, makes for a dramatic intellectual landscape, where deception is the main tool that is leveraged to bring about the greatest possible destruction by the enemy. And while the story itself rides these themes, the deeper rooted application of these ideas are relayed by Dr. Heiser in this discussion. The Portent in particular highlights this deceptive quality of intelligent evil, and is a stark warning to those who are within the church, and beyond, to seriously reconsider the foundation of their worldview as they go through life. Dr. Heiser also discusses his upcoming books, the scholarly work called The Unseen Realm, and the more mainstream version of the book Super Natural.
