Call made on Monday, 25.04.16 between Melissa Nagi and I. Melissa works for insolvency firm, AJLUK.com, Alexander Jacob Lawson. They have been appointed as Voluntary Liquidators on some job, and then Bestville Properties (a Creditor) alleged to have a controlling interest) has been totally had over by Nimish Patel who's convinced him to let him take a joint appointment as co-Liquidator. Nimish has immediately stolen £80+k in fees from the money he's recovered, ignoring the inconvenient fact that he's also stated that Bestville is a Secured Creditor. Melissa's saying that this theft is fees but can't explain why her firm's not taking "fees". Nothing she says makes sense, but it seems clear that she's not aware of the compromising position she's in in terms of Theft being a crime and assisting in Theft, especially under color of law's a highly criminal matter.
