Yay...I did my first Butterfly! :) Also my attempts at doing the Shoulder Mount which I should have tried doing when I first started playing on the pole tonite but instead I waited til I was getting pretty worn down hehe. Was abit warm in my room and the pole was nice and slippery which doesn't help of course.
