Is going back to the basics of the franchise a good thing or should they keep going forward thru the themes of Prometheus? Whatever you may think, 1 thing's for sure: it'll be a descent to Hell! Here's my review of Alien: Covenant!
Adding to my series of retro reviews was an unexpectedly sweet and heartfelt film about 2 despicable people! Here's my silent movie review of Peter Bogdanovich's 1973 classic "Paper Moon"!
Paper Moon is a 1973 American comedy-drama film directed by Peter Bogdanovich and released by Paramount Pictures. Screenwriter Alvin Sargent adapted the script from the novel Addie Pray by Joe David Brown. The film, shot in black-and-white, is set in Kansas and Missouri during the Great Depression. It stars the real-life father and daughter pairing of Ryan and Tatum O'Neal as protagonists Moze and Addie.
Tatum O'Neal received overwhelmingly high praise for her performance as Addie, earning her the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, making her the youngest competitive winner in the history of the Academy Awards.

Reminiscent of Kramer vs Kramer, I Am Sam & Little Man Tate, is this a much more naturalistic story than any of those films? Is it just as effective of a tearjerker? Here's my review of Gifted!

What's going on guys? I'm Tyler and normally there is NoPerfectMovie on this channel but when I'm not watching movies... I'm usually eating. So since I work as a breakfast cook and my bosses decided to put up a Food Network Black Box Challenge in our weekly Zoom meetings, naturally I was excited (like with my previous cooking video)... not this week. Find out why!

What's going on guys? I'm Tyler and in continuing my series of Disney movie reviews, I'm here to let you know that "The Little Mermaid" is NoPerfectMovie!
The Little Mermaid is a 1989 American animated musical romantic fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and Walt Disney Pictures. The 28th Disney animated feature film and the first film in The Little Mermaid franchise, it is loosely based on the Danish fairy tale of the same name by Hans Christian Andersen. The film tells the story of a mermaid Princess named Ariel who dreams of becoming human and falls in love with a human prince named Eric. Written and directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, with music by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman (who also served as co-producer alongside John Musker), and art direction by Michael Peraza Jr. and Donald A. Towns, the film features the voices of Jodi Benson, Christopher Daniel Barnes, Pat Carroll, Samuel E. Wright, Jason Marin, Kenneth Mars, Buddy Hackett, and René Auberjonois.
The Little Mermaid was released to theaters on November 17, 1989 to critical acclaim, earning praise for the animation, music, and plot. It was also a commercial success, garnering $84 million at the domestic box office during its initial release, and $233 million in total lifetime gross worldwide. After the success of the 1986 Disney animated film The Great Mouse Detective and the 1988 Disney/Amblin live-action/animated film Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Little Mermaid is given credit for breathing life back into the art of Disney animated feature films after a string of critical or commercial failures produced by Disney that dated back to the early 1970s. It also marked the start of the era known as the Disney Renaissance. The film won two Academy Awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song ("Under the Sea").
