Another chapter in the MDU brings us to infamous serial killer and Damballa fanatic, Charles Lee Ray, crossing paths with the great Redneck Hope himself, Ernest P. Worrell. After the events of "The Trantor Incident" Worrel was fired and cast out of Briarville. His only option was to join the army–that is, reprising his custodial engineering at a military school while on probation. Seeing Worrell as a possible threat if recruited by the Wizards, John Hurt dispatches Chucky to take him out, and in return granting him a new body in the form of the dumb-as-rocks Tyler. Little does the pint-sized plastic punk know, Ernest is also known as the great Elastic Looney Toon and will not so easily be destroyed!
