XBOX DOAXVB Hitomi playthrough with Niki island tour, volleyball, casino, pool hopping game full island trip through to the end credits . Starts with Niki as partner then Leifang. I had to give Leifang a gift before she would be my partner even though she had musical notes the first time I asked her. I also made friends with Christie who accepted and wore several swimsuits I gifted her. I regret that since she switched out of that nice dark blue suit she was always wearing. That dark blue suit made the replays more entertaining. Ayane rejection count so far 2 for 2.
XBOX DOAXVB Helena playthrough with Niki island tour, volleyball, casino, pool hopping game full island trip through to the end credits . Partner is Niki all the way through. Kasumi does not think very highly of Helena. I wonder why? I am looking forward to playing Christie. I have been sending her a lot of swimsuits once I make friends with her as a back up partner.

I Had some weird controller issues that made using items difficult early on. It was 100% my controller acting up. I stretched out the spring on the right controller trigger and no more menu/item freak outs. This game does seem to crash after around four hours of play. I read the Gandalf game play was not very good but I think I am enjoying his sections of the game the most. This is certainly not the greatest game I have ever played but I do want to go through it again in the future to do a cleaner playthrough now that I understand the mechanics of the game. Blocking and combat were a bit of a mess. Ranged combat was pretty solid unless it was one of the two boss fights where the camera is cramped in close. The crashes early on in the game were annoying and the auto save was not frequent enough even if you can save at any time on your own. I did not have any new crashes once I got to the Gandalf gameplay but I did have to reload the game at one point as Aragorn became transparent with a gray outline. I hope you enjoyed the video. Thank you for watching.
The Legend of Dragoon and Threads of Fate both had me interested in the story and the game play was enjoyable. Threads of fate in particular, transforming in to monsters has me very interested in playing the full game. The Skateboarding games were pretty entertaining as well if for nothing else other than the spills. MediEvil II and Toomba had points where I was a bit confused but seemed like a fun games as well. I even enjoyed the golf game once I figured out how the swing slider worked. WWF Smackdown and Starwars jedi power battles were somewhat difficult. WWF Smackdown seemed unresponsive so I ended up resorting to button mashing and It was tough controlling the directions in Jedi Power battles. Once you start an attack you are locked in to that direction until the attack finishes. I was having trouble with the slow response to the D pad trying to change direction and then attacking only to find I am still aiming the wrong way. I am not big on cart games so I can not really say much about CTR and Speed Punks though I felt like CTR was easier to control and stay on the track than Speed Punks. Overall this is a great demo disc. The legend of Dragoon and Threads of fate were the stand outs for me but there is a nice variety of games on this disc. The Playstation clothing line advert is a great window in to the time. Did you own any Playstation clothing?
