The NuTone Model 2057 / 2058 was the top of the line Radio Intercom in 1962 (except for the 2400 series Stereo Music Intercom) The 2057 features both AM and FM Radio with room-to-room Intercom. It could also have a NuTone Door Chime connected to the Master Station which allowed the Door Chime to be heard throughout the home. The 2057 is a 3-wire system and there were several different choices for Remote Stations: Model 2025 - 4" Standard inside Speaker Model 2026 - 5" Full Range Inside Speaker Model 2020B - 8" Hi-Fidelity Inside Speaker Model 2006 - Entry Door Station The 2057 features a 4 Vacuum Tube Design with a Transistorized Intercom Circuit Power consumption was rated at 55 Watts - There is no output power rating, which is probably around 15 watts The Retail price in 1962 was $151.50 which included the wall housing, but it did not included and remote stations or wiring.
